Privacy requests and complaints

These links open your own email app with a subject line filled in. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself, and we cannot see a request until it arrives. Write in your own words; no special form is needed. We may ask you to confirm your identity, using only the minimum details needed.

If you raise a privacy complaint with us, we aim to acknowledge it within 30 days and to look into it and tell you the outcome without undue delay.

Who is responsible

Life's Mojo Ltd trading as TRAIBO, company number 13016275, registered office 17–18 Lion Business Park, Dering Way, Gravesend, England, DA12 2DN.

Life's Mojo Ltd is the controller for its own purposes: running your account and membership, billing, security, support and meeting its legal obligations.

For the customer and job content you put into TRAIBO (for example customer names, job facts, messages, quotes, invoices and photos), you as the tradesperson are ordinarily the controller, and Life's Mojo Ltd acts as your processor, handling that content on your instructions to provide the service. Where we use any of that content for our own purposes, such as security or fixing faults, we are responsible for that use.

Using a supplier's standard terms does not remove our own responsibilities to you.

What we store

  • Your account and the email address you sign in with.
  • Your membership entitlement: status, renewal dates, and the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to run billing and the billing portal, plus records of the service emails sent to you.
  • AI usage counts for the current membership year, so your allowance can be shown.
  • Your optional business profile: contact name, business name, main trade, area served, phone or WhatsApp number, business email, website, review links and preferred tone. Every field is optional.
  • Job assessments you have checked and saved.
  • Structured quotes built from those assessments, including the rendered quote text.
  • Invoices you create from a quote, and the follow-up markers saved against a quote or invoice.
  • Job photos you choose to upload, with the category and caption you give them, stored privately against the job.
  • Shared quote links you create, the fixed copy of the quote they show, and any acceptance recorded against them.
  • Customer messages you save: the customer name, the facts you entered, the message text and its status.
  • Next Up diary entries you create for a job.
  • Cash In & Out records: direction, amount, date and any description, customer name, job reference or note you add.
  • Support messages you send us.

Work Safe keeps unfinished work, such as draft text and photos waiting to upload, on your own device in your browser's storage, separated by account. It is cleared after a confirmed save, or when you clear it, not on a timer.

Job Visit audio is temporary processing material. It is captured, used to produce a written transcription and assessment, and then discarded, apart from unavoidable short-lived handling by the systems doing the processing. TRAIBO is not designed to keep a long-term archive of your recordings.

Why we use it — lawful bases

  • Performance of a contract. To create and run your membership account, take payment through Stripe, give you access to the app, generate the drafts you ask for and keep the records you choose to save.
  • Legitimate interests. To keep the service secure and working, prevent misuse, count AI usage against your annual allowance, and answer your support messages.
  • Legal obligations. To keep membership, payment and transaction records for accounting, tax and dispute-handling purposes.
  • Consent. Only where consent is specifically required, for example any optional messages you actively opt into. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Suppliers we use

  • Stripe. Payment, subscription billing and the self-service billing portal. Stripe may also act as an independent controller for its own legal, fraud-prevention and financial-regulation obligations.
  • Supabase. Authentication (email and password sign-in) and the database and private file storage holding your account and saved records.
  • OpenAI. Generating drafts, structuring job notes, quote line help and transcribing Job Visit audio when you use those features.
  • Resend. Sending service emails such as membership welcome and cancellation confirmations to your membership email address.
  • Lovable. The platform that hosts the website and app, provides the managed backend service, and relays outgoing service emails to Resend. Operational logging happens there.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers. Running the website and app servers used by the platform above, including operational logging.

Card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by this website. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

International transfers

Some of these providers operate outside the UK, so your data may be processed abroad. We have not yet independently verified each provider's transfer arrangements or signed data processing terms, and we do not claim that your data stays in the UK, or that it never leaves your device.

Recording and AI features

Recording and AI help are optional; you choose when to use them. The text you enter, and Job Visit audio when you use that feature, is sent from our server to OpenAI to produce the draft, transcription or assessment, and the result is returned to your screen. Please enter only the details the task actually needs, and avoid unnecessary personal, sensitive or confidential information about you or your customers.

Our requests ask OpenAI not to store the response for later reuse. That setting does not mean zero data retention: OpenAI's own terms still govern any logging or temporary retention on its side.

How long we keep it

  • Your business profile, saved job assessments, quotes, invoices, job photos you upload, the shared quote links you create and any acceptance recorded against them, the follow-up markers saved against a quote or invoice, saved customer messages, Next Up diary entries and your Cash In & Out records stay until you delete them. You can delete some categories yourself from your account page; this is not the same as erasing your whole account.
  • Ordinary deletes go to Recently Deleted, where supported records can be recovered for up to 30 days. Automatic removal after that period has not been independently verified.
  • Next Up diary entries are kept separately: deleting a job assessment does not delete its diary entry, it only removes the link to that assessment.
  • Customer and job history is not a separate hidden record of you: it is a view that groups the records you have already saved, so deleting those records removes them from that view too.
  • Membership, account and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to run the service and then to meet legal, accounting and dispute-handling obligations. Records we must lawfully keep for accounting may be retained even after a full erasure request.
  • Support messages are kept only for as long as needed to deal with the issue and any follow-up.
  • Full account erasure is handled as a separate request by email; it is not completed automatically from the app. We do not state a fixed retention period for inactive accounts or backups.
  • We do not state retention periods on behalf of Stripe, Supabase, OpenAI, Resend, Lovable or our hosting providers; their own published terms apply to their handling.

Your records and deletion

Stored profile, job, quote and cash records are private to your signed-in account. Other members cannot see them. You can delete your business profile, your job and quote data, and your Cash In & Out records yourself from your account page. These category deletes are not a full erasure of your account and do not cover every kind of record. To erase your whole account, or for a copy of your data, use the request links above or email hq@traibo.com.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for access to your personal data, correction of it, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hq@traibo.com. We normally respond to a rights request within one calendar month, which the law allows us to extend in some cases, for example for complex or numerous requests; we will tell you if that applies. You do not need an active membership to make a request.

If you raise a privacy complaint with us, we aim to acknowledge it within 30 days and to look into it and tell you the outcome without undue delay.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk. We would rather you contacted us first so we can put things right.

Website analytics and technical data

Where analytics or technical logging is used, it is used at a high level to understand how pages perform and to keep the service secure.

What we do not claim

We do not claim that your text never leaves your device, that your data stays in the UK, that any supplier keeps zero logs or has zero data retention, that any account-level no-training setting has been verified, or that third-party processors keep data for particular periods beyond what those providers publish. Their own terms and controls apply to their handling of data.
